Training Provided by Canvas Experts

PGCC purchased the Canvas Premium Subscription Training Package for all faculty and staff. This package includes hour-long Zoom webinars conducted daily by Canvas experts on various course designing, content enhancing, and student-engaging topics. During the event, the instructor provides the slide deck, electronic handouts, and other relevant resources to help the participants understand the concepts. We encourage you to participate in the hands-on activities, engage with other participants, and join the conversation!

You can find the live training, by clicking on the ? icon in Canvas. See specific instructions below.

First, click on the ? icon in the lower left corner of Canvas. Another window will appear, click on Training Services Portal.

Scroll down to see that another Training Services Portal has appeared. Click on this.

Then one more time, click on Training Services Portal. :-)

Click Authorize, and now you can see the Live Training Calendar and register for upcoming events.

Description: Respondus LockDown Browser is a custom browser that locks down the testing environment within a learning management system. Respondus offers 45-minute webinars throughout the year. The sessions include instructor training, product overviews, and special sessions with co-presenters.
